Who we are

eRisk Group is a partnership of senior energy and finance specialists, with extensive experience in the financial and energy markets (heat, gas, electricity and flexibility).

We have hands-on experience in deal execution of M&A activities, corporate strategy, business development, market analyses, and long term structured transactions.

We have worked for industries, infrastructure companies, start-ups, investors and energy utilities, providing them with insights on the development of the energy market or running their scenario’s in our electricity and heat models

Our services

eRisk Group provides quantitative and qualitative analysis regarding the electricity, heat, gas and flexibility markets markets of Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.

Our services range from valuations, feasibility studies, due diligence reports, market outlooks, risk assessments and strategy development. In addition, eRisk Group provides group and tailor-made energy knowledge development programmes.

We organise courses to strenghten knowledge within the energy branche but also to provide a solid basis for new professionals to the sector.

How we work

eRisk Group has developed its own quantitative model of the North-West European electricity markets and of the Dutch heat market. Therefore we provide the team with a transparent tool to perform quantitative analysis and providing our clients with second opinions on their investments and strategies or assessing for them the impact of new regulation on their plans.

The model relies on an extensive database of power plants, prices, and technology expectations and can easily be adapted to deal with various strategic questions and/or scenarios of our clients.
